Decisions, decisions

princess%20edging%2041.jpg

41 edging repeats completed on the Princess as of last night. Soon I will have to decide whether to do the 62-repeat edging or the 85-repeat edging. I'm leaning toward the former....

Meanwhile, knitting on all other fronts has slowed or stopped. Although I did drag out a few mitten books last night. A knitter has no excuse for walking around with a hole in her glove, right?

Lacekfreak and I decided we were foot soldiers slogging through the mud, as you, the F14, soared above us, screaming across the sky. My two repeats look pretty humble. But then, my concentration has been on finishing Lyra, starting the Lovely, Lacy shawl, finishing a pair of socks, and watching your progress :) It's looking fabulous, whatever you decide!

What a gorgeous shot. I need a drool rag now. *sigh*

I am deeply in love with this creation so far. The colour is perfect to go with what I want for my wedding. Are you making this for someone or will you sell when you finish it?

The edging is gorgeous. I don't know enough about lace to even comment on the number of repeats, but I can tell how simply lovely it is. Thanks for being an inspiration!!

This shade of celestial blue in such gossamer lace is simply heavenly...

Sigh....do you sleep? That is very lovely.

You knit so quickly (for lace knitting)--do you ever make mistakes? If so, do you fix them?

The edging and the color are really beautiful! I'm not sure how big the shawl ends up with less points but it's tempting to do the "smaller" version :-) I love that so many people making this shawl are doing it in colors and seeing how pretty yours is turning out is really encouraging!

wow! gorgeous knitting, celestial color! This is knitting I wouldn't even attempt. Truth be told, I would be deliriously happy to just knit the edging and wrap *that* around my neck!

Holy crap! You're quick! I like what you've got and would not even begin to offer any uninformed lacy advice to the master.

Gorgeous colour. It's going to be amazing.

Wow, Miss Alice your on fire, and the edging is stunning so far. I feel for the knitter with a hole in her glove, I was looking at hats in a store the other day, and of course I had to say the inevitable, I could make a nicer hat than that. So I came home hatless..... Kathy, who just remembered she needs to knit a hat...

That color is simply to die for. Please tell me that you started that about 6 months ago. You have knitting elves in your basement, right?

Wow, just wow. You rock girl!
