Leaving the forest

The evergreen trees are complete....

and it's starting to look like an actual square. Each row now takes about half an hour. Next up is the unicorn pattern. Not sure how I feel about unicorns, but it's too late to back out now, eh?

I have started a new quilt, for our bed. Note that I'm making the squares really BIG, so as not to get sucked into another project that will take me seven months to complete....

Hey, you can't back out now! You are allowed to take little breaks and work on your quilt or sleep. Now and then. Wonderful picture of you and your husband. Your pictures are an inspiration for me to get back at my own MES. Thanks.

so this square is knitted from the outside in? so what happens when you get to the middle? i LOVELOVELOVE the beginnings of the new quilt. LOVE IT. cool-ass fridge, dudes. ;)

That shawl looks amazing: what a challenge! I'm still messing up the first few rows of Backyard Leaves, a simple charted scarf. Feel free to start dropping hints about your needs and desires re. Back-Tack II. I'll be listening in!
